Dreamy_Eyes

I am new to Hub pages. I thought to start out by publishing a poem I wrote about this very famous singer and performer. He has a reputation that he mistreats his "lady love", who ever is in his life, but when you look at him and see him sing and perform, atleast as a women he makes you go wow!. I accidentally came across on of his photographs on the internet and his eyes struck me so deeply that they inspired me. Even though I am not his biggest fan because of this personal failures, I did write this poem purely based on that photofraph of his[might seem shallow, but hey its inspiration]. Please enjoy and do let me know what you think.

Dreamy eyes!

Looking far away you seem to think happy thoughts,

Your joy is wonderful, your dreamy eyes say it all.

Thinking about the memories of a loved one, or

Thinking about a silly game you played with your friends,

Thinking about things to be cherished forever,

Thoughts that give you joy, your dreamy eyes say it all.

Or are you just looking at something that makes you happy

You look like your soul is capturing the scene,

Carefully so as to ingrain the happiness deep down,

You seem lost in the moment; your dreamy eyes say it all.

I ask God to keep you this way always,

So that your eyes gleam with amazement,

So that your eyes reflect your beautiful soul,

So that you may keep singing and your dreamy eyes keep saying it all.
